Loretta Lynn (born Loretta Webb April 14, 1935) is an American country music singer-songwriter, author and philanthropist. Born in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky to a coal miner father, Lynn married at 13 years old, was a mother soon after, and moved to Washington with her husband, Oliver Lynn. Their marriage was sometimes tumultuous; he had affairs and she was headstrong. Their experiences together became inspiration for her music.

When she was 24 years old, Lynn's husband bought her a guitar. She taught herself to play and cut her first record the next year. She became a part of the country music scene in Nashville in the 1960s, and in 1967 charted her first of 16 number 1 hits (out of 70 charted songs as a solo artist and a duet partner[1]) that include "Don't Come Home A' Drinkin' (With Lovin' on Your Mind)", "You Ain't Woman Enough", "Fist City", and "Coal Miner's Daughter". She focused on blue collar women's issues with themes of philandering husbands and persistent mistresses, and pushed boundaries in the conservative genre of country music by singing about birth control ("The Pill"), repeated childbirth ("One's on the Way"), double standards for men and women ("Rated "X""), and being widowed by the draft during the Vietnam War ("Dear Uncle Sam"). Country music radio stations often refused to play her songs. Nonetheless, she became known as "The First Lady of Country Music" and continues to be one of the most successful vocalists of all time.

Her best-selling 1976 autobiography was made into an Academy Award winning film, Coal Miner's Daughter, starring Sissy Spacek and Tommy Lee Jones in 1980. Her most recent album, Van Lear Rose, was released in 2004, produced by Jack White, and topping the country album charts. Lynn continues to tour and has received numerous awards in country and American music.

OVo je jedna od onih starih dijeta za koju s sigurnoscu mogu tvrdit da je uspijena i laka za pridrzavanje!
Sto reci,ako imate isti problem kao i ja ,da volite jesti,da ste skloni nabacivanju kila,da sve probleme rjesavate hranom,da volite jest navecer i uz TV..da gotovo uvijek volite jesti i kuhati...onda vam ja toplo preporucam ovu moju dijetu!
Nju sam jos ko student otkrila,davne 1975 god i od tad joj se uvijek vracam
Morate znati da ova dijeta nije kriva sto ja stalno i iznova vracam kilazu..krivo je to sto me je bog stvorio onako slatku i okruglastu...al da ne pretjeram ja kad nabacim koje ,po mom misljenju suvisno kilo,krenem sa ovom dijetom!
Dakle narode,prvo sto trbate napravit jeszt napuniti frizider mrkvama jer one ce vam biti glavno jelo iducih dana!
Mili moji,bucmasti prijatelji!
Nema ovdje prevelike filozofije...
Idemo Jutro kavica ili caj,nekoliko 2-3 naribane mrkve ili pak onako cijele grickajte!
do rucka moze nemasni jogurt ili jabuka,sipak..dakle nekaloricno voce!!
Za rucak juha od povrca..upotrijebite mastu,nabacajte puno raznog povrca,zacinite maslinovim uljem i najedite se.
Poslije podne jogurt i ako nas glad mori malo razenog kruha,al da se vidi sjeverni pol kroz krisku!!!
Navecer salica kuhane rize i salata od mrkve...naribajte 2-3 mrkve,dozvoljen sok od limuna i malo maslinovog ulja!
Svako treci dan dozvoljeno je ubaciti do 2 tvrdo kuhana jaja ili leso ribu ili ikuhano bijelo meso!

ne trba napomenuti da se obavezno savijetujete s ljecnikom!
Uspijeh i zadovoljstvo u dijeti od srca Vam zelim!!

Promjene životnih, posebice prehrambenih navika često su prva terapija koja se savjetuje osobama koje imaju povišenu razinu kolesterola u krvi. Tek nakon što se prehranom ne uspije sniziti povišena razina kolesterola, liječenje se nastavlja primjenom lijekova, najčešće statina, no i tada, kako bi liječenje bilo uspješno, prehrana mora prilagođena.
Hrana koja se preporuča

Žitarice i proizvodi od žitarica: cjelovite žitarice - zob, pšenica, ječam, raž, riža; integralni kruh, dvopek, peciva, tjestenina, krekreri, grisini.

Meso, zamjene za meso, riba: bijelo pileće i pureće meso bez kožice, krto (mršavo) meso govedine, teletine, svinjetine, meso kunića i patke, soja i proizvodi od soje, riba.

Jaja: uvijek kada je to moguće koristite samo bjelanjak jajeta. 

Mlijeko i mliječni proizvodi: obrano mlijeko (do 1% mliječne masti), jogurt, sir s niskim udjelom mliječne masti, svježi posni kravlji sir.

Voće i povrće: svježe, smrznuto i konzervirano povrće bez dodanih masnoća, svježe, smrznuto, konzervirano, sušeno voće bez dodanog šećera.

Masti i ulja: biljna ulja - maslinovo ulje, ulje repice, bučino ulje, suncokretovo ulje; preljevi za salatu pripravljeni od navedenih biljnih ulja; margarini s uklonjenim transmasnim kiselinama; orašasti plodovi - bademi, orasi, lješnjaci.

Juhe: Razne vrste juha sa smanjenim masnoćama i količinom soli - bistra pileća, goveđa, juha od rajčica, povrtna juha.

Deserti, napici: smrznuti deserti - jogurt, sladoled, sorbet, voćni sladoled s niskim udjelom masnoća i šećera; keksi, kolači, pite, pudinzi - pripremljeni samo s bjelanjkom jajeta, obranim mlijekom, biljnim uljem i bez šećera; tamna čokolada; prirodni nezaslađeni voćni sokovi, čajevi.

Žitarice i proizvodi od žitarica: kruh, peciva, tjestenina od bijelog brašna i ona kojima se dodaju jaja, punomasno mlijeko, maslac; kroasani, lisnata tijesta; masni krekeri, komercijalni proizvodi od bijeloga brašna.

Toliko toga je napisano o dijetama,tako cesto i mnogo raspravljamo o dijetama s nasim prijateljicama pa pri tom zaboravljamo da je dijeta i opasna po nase zdravlje. Prije svega bi se svi trebali savijetovati s nutricionistom i lijecnikom,al tko to cini?koliko nas je odista to i napravilo?Jednostavno uletimo u nove dijete ko muve bez glave! Ja sam ih mnoge provela,vecina dijeluje,kili se otope al se jos brze vrate! Sto onda napraviti da se zadrzimo na zeljenoj tezini! UNdijeta je dobra al poludis nakon odredjenog vremena!
